YAY! Another Hetalia Character.  

If you may have noticed the date on the bottom-right hand corner, this drawing was finished quite a while ago. haha. 

If some of you remembered me mentioning about 4-5 (I think.) Main drawings I wanted do finish, THIS is one of them; Along with Spain (1st. Japan being the 2nd),  America (3rd) and China (4th)! AND MANY MORE! But first, gotta wait for a new supply of papers XD
